It’s raining right now and everything looks very pleasant. I’m having green tea, it’s nice to have a cup of coffee or tea when it’s cold. I don’t like coffee I prefer tea but I’m too lazy to make normal tea so I’m having green tea. I have a test tomorrow which I haven’t prepared for yet I just don’t know where to start. Sometimes I find myself lost, I’m sure we all do in situations. Have you ever lost motivation when you don’t want to do anything just lay in your bed? Because I feel that way occasionally and it can be overwhelming sometimes but eventually I break out of it, I just get a ton of motivation every time after that phase honestly I love and hate it. Feeling lost and unmotivated can take a toll on your mental health it just worsens the situation. It is too much to take in at times but then you have to remind yourself of all the things you have done that you are proud of even if they are just small things. I co-host a podcast with my friends we started this week and I feel so overwhelmed because I have always wanted to have a podcast but I was just very nervous to start one and now I have come a long way it might not look like a lot but it is to me. As I said earlier I’m an introvert and doing a podcast I need to interact with people which is helping me build my confidence and self-esteem. Coming out of a bubble where you are anti-social is very difficult and it makes me happy every time I break out of that phase but eventually I get back in it. I’m not a therapist I don’t even study psychology but my advice when you feel burnt out, exhausted, left out, or just sad the best thing to do is something that comforts you might be just napping, writing, working out, or anything that makes you feel better and restart all over again it always makes me feel better.
